Breach froze the game in Hidden Grotto and the map is failed without death after restart

Bug reference number 14 242 007.
Same as before days ago in Crypt, the bug didn't allow me to generate a bug code upon freezing in-game, only after the restart. Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 4:49:37 PM

I have also hit this twice now. Hope they're able to find and fix this one

Same here.
Breach in Hidden Grotto is a no go. It lagged me out, no portals back, map set to "attempted" with no mods, and the loot I received from the map earlier were gone from my inventory. |

i just had the same bug after i dropped 2 divines
i even had a bug earlier where i got disconected 6 times from a copper citadel such bugs really make me consider deinstalling |

Same continue to happen to me randomly. I really hope GGG acknowledges this issue. Been going on for quite a while now
