Character lost after linking account poe2

I linket my twitch to my account and when I wanted to login to the game (poe2) it says I have to buy it first. 2 characters are lost and the support doesn’t respond to any mail.
Does anyone has a solution for this? Does the support exist at all? Last bumped on Apr 8, 2025, 8:55:27 PM

Support takes too long to reply.
Coins/characters are bounded to poe account. If you change account, start all over again. Learned the hard way. |

There wasn’t any account change. I used the same steam profile and I activated my early access key here in the site.
