Issue with the 300 tokens from the EA of POE2

Hi,
I recently bought the early access but i messed up something with the 300 coins. Somehow my poe account has 2 separate smaller accounts. The coins are on one while my characters are on the other. So now I can't access the stashs i bought... Would it be possible to transfer my character to the right account ? Or moove the stash or get some coins ? I'm sorry to disturb you for this matter.
