2 Weeks Since banned for absolutely nothing

Hello GGG,

I've been a long standing supporter of your company. From Beta, I followed along the development of Path Of Exile like many others, and like many others I was absolutely mesmerized by the games you were creating.

I want to start by saying I've supported GGG in anyway I can, buying countless points, 4 Tier 5 supporter packs. On steam, I have 10,082 hours logged in, 110/127 achievements.

Off path of exile, I own a large online gaming community, and often do events to my members to get interest and hype going at the league start. I know that this doesn't matter in the long run, but I just want to make it known just how much of a supporter of the company I am.

At 12/7/2024, I was banned on Path of exile 2. I was having casual and light hearted talk in global chat about how abysmal the drops felt after killing a boss.

I was immediately given a 168 hour mute, with a message from the system that this message violates code of conduct. And then subsequently immediately after, I was logged off path of exile 2, with a message saying my account was suspended.

Whats more, is that not only did my account get banned from Path of exile 2, it was banned on path of exile 1 as well, and my guild with so many players and tabs acquired over a long period of time are in limbo.

I've never done anything to break GGG's Code of conduct, I have never been banned or suspended.

It's been two weeks, and I've emailed about this. And I've noticed here on this forum I am not the only one who has had this experience.

No one is talking about this, no indication that its being looked into, no acknowledgement that people are being banned permanently for absolutely nothing at all, I haven't even received an email confirmation that my request was even received.

At this point, I am very much disappointed with the handling of support, the lack of communication and this devastating issue that I and so many others have been encountering.

Please restore our accounts, please fix whatever is happening with the system.
