Temple of chaos CRASHING losing the inscribed ultimatum/progress

Every time i do this temple it just crashes and i lose my inscribed ultimatum that's already hard to get for me and its not something that happens occasionally it keeps happening throughout the temple and i can never finish it, my brother has the same problem. Just hope you can guys can address this and fix it as it can be a huge problem for the player base

Same here. On 3rd floor where the "soul cores" trial takes place. Moved into 2nd area there and it stuttered and kicked me to desktop. This is the 2nd time this has happened. This particular character just got to "cruel" with no crashes and i have 3 other characters and no crashes to date. My sorceress build did get through that trial but was prior to the last update "e".

Man same problem here, I don't know how many hours I spent here this is the most frustrating experience I had in my entire life, I kill the Trial Master the final boss and just when he rips his heart out I get some kind of texture error message and I lost all my progress have to start from square 1.

Can we get help with this from customer support or they don't give a fuck either like other companies?

This is still an issue. Happened twice in a row now and lost 2x Inscribed Ultimatum to the exact same crash when holding a soul core and pulling a lever.

Can confirm this is still happening. I clicked on enter and the game froze, rebooted pc (also hung) and my item was lost and unable toe enter trial.

Same here, I am getting rando crashes when trying to get the 4th ascension for my ranger, the last time it crashed during the final boss. I cannot express how frustrating it was. 3 pieces of the key and hours invested for nothing. It really turns me down. It seems to be character related because it never crashed on my Witch.
