Blackflame turns off Radiant Grief

I was very excited today to try out an idea I had conceptualized and was very disappointed to find that the Blackflame Amethyst ring turns off the ignite effect from Radiant Grief Lace Hood. I'm not sure if this is by design or a bug but there's no description in either that says they don't play well with others

Ive tested this and discovered the problem is blackflame is suppose to have its own ignite effect(black/purple looking ignite) for some reason its not working but the ignite still applies it just makes it look like the monsters aren't ignited to replicate just go to a low level area like clearfell(act 1) with the items equip and the monsters will still die from the helmet ignite effect.

I noticed the same issue, monsters show the "ignite" debuff but the purple flame and the normal ignite vfx are not showing.

Did it ever get fixed? I was just thinking of trying this out
