Hexblast issue

Hey guys, I have a question that bothers me. Hexblast is eligible for spell echo. However, when the target has 2 curses, it doesn't echo and doesn't explode 2nd one for some reason. Does anyone know why?

How are you applying the curse, hexblast consumes *all* curse off a target, with each curse increasing the hit damage.
So it goes off once, eats the curse then when it echos there isnt a curse on the target so it doesnt do anything.
If you have the spirit to spare its better to run blasphemy on at least one of the curses to ensure it has a curse to consume.

I was testing and applying 2 curses manually to make sure it won't re-apply. After cast hexblast with echo consumed 1 curse.

It doesn't. This isn't PoE 1. The video explanation of hexblast in PoE 2 is currently incorrect. It removes one curse and does damage for that one curse.

When it removes only 1 curse however it's not specified is a problem. And another problem that spell echo doesn't trigger a second curse on the target.
