Is running two instances of poe 2 allowed for one pc?

Just wondering if It's allowed to have two instances of POE running on one pc, Diablo 4 permits this, but didn't know if poe 2 allows it.

Feels like with the amount of trading I have going on it'd be smarter to just buy another EA key and load some stash tabs on an alt and have that account do the trade as I'm using up all my map portals to just simply go sell things.

It's likely the same policy as they had for poe.
