Lost Tower Bugged on Atlas

I previously used a precursor tablet on a tower but after some time playing the tower is interactable again. Also the bonuses given by the tablet are no longer visible on the atlas. However, the bonuses are showing when I tab inside a map. So, it seems to be only a visual bug on the atlas. I am also not able to use a tablet on this tower again.
