Sorcery War (Witchhunter ascendancy) cant add quality with gemcutter prism.

Hi , simply gemcutter prism dont work on Sorcery ward buff. You can clearly see whats the additionals effects from quality of the buff/skill , but you CANT add the quality on it. Its some kind of bug.
