Path of Exile 2 - Bug Report: Portal Not Usable

After creating a portal to town and using it, I cannot click on it to return to the area I was exploring. The portal appears visually, but nothing happens when I try to interact with it. Initially, I thought the issue was caused by other players blocking the area around the portal, but the problem persisted even when the town was completely empty.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a portal while exploring.
Use the portal to return to town.
Attempt to click on the portal to return to the original area.
Expected Result:
It should be possible to click on the portal and return to the original exploration area.

Actual Result:
The portal is unresponsive, and I cannot interact with it, leaving me stuck in town without a way to return to the explored area.

Additional Information:

The issue occurs randomly but has happened in both crowded and empty towns.
The bug has been observed in various areas of the game.
The portal's functionality seems to break after the first use.
