Issue with raising spectres from purchased corpses

I bought 4 corpses, and wanted to raise them as spectres. I've done this multiple times. Last night (NZT) I bought 4 spectres, and was unable to raise them.

I right clicked the corpse in my hideout, and then could not use raise spectre on it. It just did nothing. Stupidly, I right-clicked a second corpse and tried again. I still could not raise it. Is there a bug that has affected me? I spent a lot of currency on those spectres.
