Console target lock

When on my monk, after putting the bell down he will refuse to hit the bell and instead chase a mob down. Other times when I run away to attack a caster wh3n I hit attack he runs back to the bell. On my witch in trials it won’t allow me to click the timer beacons on the escape encounter whenever there’s a mob on the screen. So far I’ve been enjoying the game aside from certain bugs that cause deaths and make me a sad panda, forcing me to go to the Panda Express so I can get a happy panda recharge; sometimes I eat pie or cake, or both with ice cream. Overall though I’d honestly say the game is light years ahead of d4 when it actually released in many ways, the game is enjoyable and doesn’t feel like a constant drudging through mud and hoping it gets better, well done thank you.

A few things that may make this easier:

1. The default targeting mode is "dynamic" or something like that, where targets are swapped to the closest in the direction of your movement if you do not aim with the right stick. This is very annoying for combo classes. There is a way to activate target lock by putting the gold finger icon in your quick bar.

2. Apparently there is a "use" or "interact" action that similarly can be put into the quickbar. Best put in X on the 2nd skill set or something, this will allow you to interact with stuff even when enemies are present.

It's very counterintuitive and does give the idea controller support is an afterthought. To a point, it is. We must be patient.
