Sorry for putting this here but I’ve been trying for several days for a follow up on a support ticket I sent in to support@grindinggear.com. requesting your support due to a somewhat confusing situation with the account or accounts associated with this email, during the early access phase of POE2 I bought your package to access the beta, The thing is that apparently a new account was created when trying to carry out this process, additionally when linking the account with Steam, the amount of the package does not appear, but it does appear on the page, apparently under another account. The point is, you can merge both accounts so that there is only one, or failing that, the credits will appear with the account with which I am playing POE2. thank you for your time.
I know support is busy with PoE2 early access, I appreciate any assistance.
