PS5 Performance is BAD

Title. Framerate stuttering, screen tearing and no vsync option, laggy AF everywhere. Internet is not the issue, hardware is not the issue. It's PS5... runs literally every other game without any of these negative issues. Wish I could get my 30 bucks back. Feels like a money grab. Thanks Tencent or GGG or whoever.
