Regular tab with flask affinity is not visible

I was rapidly click on flasks, mostly magic, in my backpack.

I saw several flasks leave my backpack, but then got the system message that indicated my tab with the flask affinity was full.

Strangely, I cannot find that tab. IT is not visible to me.
