LEGACY OF THE VAAL LARGE SOUL CORE

I completed and obtained the large soul core however, it has gone missing from my inventory and as a result I cannot activate the stone altar at this legacy of the Vaal quest and cannot move on! Able to rectify this error. Thanks!
