Refund / Buyed a a pack instead Upgraded

Hello,

I accidentally bought the King of Faridun package instead of upgrading to Thaumaturge of the Vaal.

Before I made the mistake, I already had the Lord of Ogham supporter package, so I now have it twice.

As the package of Faridun and the upgrade to the Thaumaturge supporter package has the same price if you upgrade it from Ogham, I hope you can refund the Faridun package and swap it to the Thaumaturge supporter upgrade. I didn't use any currency and the early access key that I got extra from the Faridun package. I have writen already an email to Support 5 days ago but still no answer.
