Not a single response??

Hello,

I have been trying to contact you via email since the 6th. I must have sent like 12 emails and it is really hard for me to believe that none of those emails have reached you… since I have not received a response to any of them.

I understand that perhaps my problem is not as important or urgent as that of other users and that you are saturated with so many reports, but I think that as a supporter I deserve at least a response to those emails.

I don't know, something like "We have received your email and we will try to solve it as soon as possible"... I don't know, some response so that I know that my emails are reaching you. Something for me to know that you know about my problem and that you will work on it when possible... that's all.


I don't think I'm asking for anything crazy, just an answer.

This must be a bad joke... haven't you even bothered to read my message?

You write this generic message to consider this message answered. It is already answered, we can archive it... but it is not like that.

Do you think that with that answer you can answer every report?

Honestly, to give me that answer, it's better not to give any.

Before I thought it was because you were overworked, now I see that that is not the only problem...

Do you ask people to buy the supporter packs to support your product and that's how you pay us? Is this your answer?

I'm afraid we're currently expecting delays responding to players emails due to the launch of Path of Exile 2 Early Access. One of our team will get back to you via email as soon as possible.
I really hope so. Since, I repeat, I am not looking for immediate solutions, just a simple response to know that my emails have arrived (that you know about my problem and will solve it when you can).
