Skills disappeared after swapping to a new weapon | Bug Report ID: #2891597077

I swapped to a new weapon and all but my weapon skill and buff skills have disappeared from my skills window and from my action bar. While the skill gems are still in place, I cannot select them to place them back into my action bar. So, I am currently unable to use any skills. The estimated dps info is empty, and the skill information shows a "This information is currently unavailable" page.

If I press any of the empty action bar slots in the previous picture, no skills are shown but punch and the basic attack.

I can still interact with my buff skill (Herald of Ice). When I do so, all of the other skill pages will show information for the buff skill.

I was previously on a two weapon setup, where I had assigned all of my skills to one of my weapons. I then crafted a new weapon and tried to check if it was an upgrade using the skills window estimated dps. During this testing, I performed a number of actions: swapping weapons through the inventory, weapon swapping with a key bind, and clicking through the skill panel - where I also removed the tabs for "Used with weapon set". I cannot remember the exact sequence of actions that caused this bug.

After the weapon change, I still meet the attribute requirements for all skills. I cannot get the skills back by re-equipping my old weapons. I also tried to remove all of the skill gems into my inventory and placing them back, but this does not clear the issue.

I have also tried to verify game files through steam, clearing cache from /AppDate, and clearing the config file from /MyGames. These also do not clear the issue.

I hope that this can be resolved, as I cannot use my character.
