Twitch drops - chimera pet

i got the Temporal Lords Portal without any fuss, however the chimera pet doesn't even show up in my twitch drops inventory (where the lords portal is).
do i need to wait? there's literally zero acknowledgement towards the progress to chimera pet. I've subscribed as a tier2 - 1 month (1sub), and gave another sub(1sub) to my friend, who confirmed received it. what's going on? do i need to wait for the said twitch streamer to get online for it to work?
