Ps5/website issue

I purchased early access on my ps5 pro, but when I go to the website it says my account doesn't have access. This means I can't get a loot filter right now. I thought that poe2 and poe were on the single website. Is this a known issue or is there anything I can do?.

I have the same issue. Website only takes me back to poe 1 and says i do not have early access key to poe2 even though i do
