Could the administrator please help me check the reason for the ban?

The name of my account is: 日光家族#6151. I can no longer log in to this account. Could the administrator please help me check:

1.The reason for the ban in the backend;
2.The duration of the ban?

Where is the administrator? I’m about to purchase a new testing access, but if it’s later proven that my banned account had no issues, can I get a refund for the original testing access?
The ban will last forever until the support team handle it, experience from poe 1.

I think you can get refund if you want to, but sitll need their support team to process this. I believe related tickets are snowballing right now, nothing we can do but wait bro.
And there is a possibility that you purchase another pack then being banned again, or the prior purchase can not be refunded.

I choose to leave all those shite behind as they do, and "wait" as they recommend.....
Thank you for your response. Right now, I just want to play the game. I’m buying a new account so I can continue playing, and the refund for my old account can wait until the team has time to resolve it. Based on your experience with POE1, if the support team later determines that banning my old account was unjustified and refunds the money to my old account, I’m fine with purchasing a new account for now.

But Christmas is just around the corner, and their efficiency during regular workdays is already so slow. I don’t think they’ll work overtime during the holiday, which means I’m very likely to waste my own vacation.

in one of the threads, some staff like guys said ban issue has been solved on 1214 and 1217.

mine is OK now.
