Regarding my purchases of games, I was charged continuously.

I purchased a game on the official website, but on the first day, the website was extremely slow. After entering just my bank account details, I was charged three times within one minute. Later, I discovered that even after linking the game to Steam, I still couldn’t play it, so I ended up buying another copy on Steam. In total, I purchased four copies just to play the game.

I emailed the official support team to request a refund. They replied, asking me to provide proof of purchase, which I did by sending detailed purchase records in both text and images. However, I have received no response to date. Below are my purchase records:
