Can’t find my Twitch Portal Drop?

I went through the issue of having 2 accounts on the first drop session and rectified that. Now after I’ve claimed my portal, checked my account multiple times and my cosmetic section it’s just not showing up. Is there a delay or has anyone else ran into this?

I am also using two accounts which I merged to one (still can switch between both accounts), I got the portal right after I unlocked it on Twitch. Not sure what went wrong for you? Do I get this right the portal is on any of these 2 accounts?

hey exiles have you tried going here https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections and clicking view rewards under twitch seems its the only way i can get them to show up in my game after claiming them

After viewing they show up in transactions and then in game hope this helps

I confirmed this worked.. Its weird.. just go and view it on the POE Connections Rewards site and it popped right up!

I had 2 accounts somehow and I cleared that up for the first drop session. I’ve even switched to my other account which I disconnected from my Twitch, so I don’t know how it would go to that one. Albeit I have not checked the ingame account Micro tab, but again that account is not linked to Twitch. I’ve checked my Twitch Claims in my Mail folder on PoE website, and it is there but still, nothing. I have even checked which account name my Twitch is connected to, and checked my other PoE account as well.

I’ve checked and already viewed it in my accounts tab. Hence my total confusion.
