Mercenary: Slow Reload with Galvanic Shards, unable to attack for 4+ seconds

See clip (let me know if it expires as apparently the new Steam clip links are only temporary), the Mercenary reloads in slow motion when/after using Galvanic Shards which disables his ability to attack. Reliably happens on reload of Galvanic Shards, also affects other reloads after using Galvanic Shards

Bump now that it's clear GGG staff are back in office. Merc currently unplayable due to 4-5 second unable-to-attack bug.
