So i lost the item in my relic altar i lost to the boss

the item you get to activate the level 22 the trail of the sekhemas i lost to the boss and the item isnt in there for me to try again i went back and fought the boss again and i dont now how im supposed to be able to do this to asced is there a way to fix this am i missin somethin
