POE 2 - Computer Specs listed - PC crashes loading into game (FPS capped at 30 low settings)

11th Gen intel(r) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz 16 GB RAM Acer Predator PO3-630(U3E1) 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti SSD and NVME PoE 2 - I have FPS capped at 30 Foreground, Background and on slider and settings set to Low. Maybe its a heat issue but not sure and I thought taking the above measures would alleviate but nope instantly crashing upon logging into characters. “Not a single item of importance [in the news].
