I can't see anything in poe2 GGG

I am playing a sorceress and the sheer number of deaths in maps I have to there being an on-death effect, lightning ring, or something similar under my character which is being visually blocked by orb of storms + fire wall + mana tempest + 1000 sparks is just insane. I can't avoid what I can't see and the things killing me might as well be invisible. Please either stop with the ground/on death effects or make them extremely visually obvious over my effects somehow. Thank you for the otherwise amazing game. I have been other than this issue mostly having a blast.
