Inability to attack at some moments

Invoker Monk - IGN- Kungfusnootboops

Not sure if it is a monk specific issue, but every so often (once or twice a map) I will experience an inability to attack or use any of my abilities. All I can do is walk around and hope I don't die until it's over. Usually lasts about 1-2 secs. When you're doing a breach or something of that nature, that is a VERY long time.

I am using:

-Tempest Flurry
-Charged Staff
-Bell
-Falling Thunder

I used to think it was related to the bell because that was usually when it was very apparent, but It just happened in a breach with no bell out.

Additionally, are no debuffs on my character when this happens so its very confusing.

Any help or light shed on this matter would be very much appreciated.

-Combat Frenzy

Just in case there is something associated with these skills causing it. Doubt it since ive noticed it since pretty early on, but you never know!
