None of my skins can be used in game?

So I play on every platform.

PC I have spent about $500 on MTX. Go on my PC sub account all my MTX can not be used besides stash tabs.

Series X go to my sub account. Spent $1500 last 2 years. All my MTX is grayed out except the armor set that has snow fall down on you. So only one is useable. Stash tabs work.

PS5 pro sub account is fine because I just started this with PoE 2. I also know PS5 purchases only work on PS5.

I read on the forums most MTX will be usable but is not yet in PoE 2 EA. But then I go watch a few streamers and they have all MTX available. And I own more than most of them. MTX I own which is greyed out is available for them.

I never felt so cheated in my life.

PoE 2 has been the biggest nightmare of any game I ever played. I feel like I am being punished for not sticking to one platform.
