Skeletal Cleric Stops Reviving with Sacrifice + Volatile Dead
Minimal semi-reproducible conditions:
Volatile Dead Sacrifice Skeletal Cleric x7 Exactly 7 clerics is not necessary, but easiest to test. More clerics take longer to start failing (and seems less likely to fail), while less is harder to notice. Wait for clerics to max out then spam Volatile Dead. Clerics eventually stop reviving each other. The total clerics will slowly drop. When at 3 or 4, stop using Volatile Dead. The total clerics will remain lower than maximum until natural revive timer triggers. It does not seem like clerics lose ability to revive, after natural timer pre-existing clerics behave normally again. Importantly the natural revive timer (at least in my build) is much longer (~10s) than the cleric revive cooldown (5s), so it should not trigger before they revive. Note that this behaviour seems intermittent! Even with only the limited skills listed above, sometimes clerics will continue to revive. This unexpected behaviour impacts a Sacrifice build as the clerics will occasionally stop replenishing themselves, resulting in regular pauses to wait for the natural timer. Ive definitely encountered this. For me I've noticed that 2+ clerics will try to revive the same minion". this causes stuff like volatile dead (with a cascade support gem) and sacrifice to only revive 1 minion and keep the subsequent ones dead till revive timer.
This sort of goes hand in hand with another bug I get, which is the one you experienced, with the fact that the clerics dont revive at all uf a minion dies while their revive is cooling down. This leads to only 1 minion being revived by multiple clerics and the rest get stuck in the revive timer. |

Issue also while using decompose along with sacrifice.
After some testing with 12 clerics and a brute, I think the queue to revive is last in first out and if a minion dies for too long it gets forgetten. i tested by killing minions quickly until the brute dies and appears not to revive. At this point I have 8 clerics remaining. Then carfully killed just one minion every 2 seconds.
