Game keeps crashing in the loading screen

My game keeps crashing at loading screens frequently and I am frustrated. I dont know how to fix but it not only stucks at loading screen but locks my whole computer so I have to fricking reboot over and over and over and over. People say that disabling multithreading solves the issue BUT AS YOU CAN SEE I CANT PLAY THE GAME IF ITS 10 FPS
