Someone else account is tied to my steam ID

Someone elses account is tied to my steam id.

I noticed this trying to whisper in the trade market place saying I am not online which I am.

This person is linked and if I try to go about it another way I am forced to combined the accounts which I do not want to do.

btw I am some how in this guys account currently writing this because it keeps forcing me into it. If you check my steam ID and user name it is not MR Chow Chow

This account looks like a Chinese farm bot just look at their gear some how they jacked my steam ID

This is my account...... I am the one who wrote the original message on this random Mrchownaynay#3141 account tied to my steam ID.

I am not wanting to merge them incase this person gains access to my info and trying to scam me or something

Please help me out tech team.

As you can see I can not attach my steam id without merging them

I can provide all the information but you can look at the ID forced on Mrchownaynay#3141 and see it goes indeed to another persons account.
