Poe 2 trade issue, Twich awards and points issues

Hello everyone.
I had a Path of exile 1 account and played for a short time.
Then I bought the early access package for Poe 2 and my character is already 37 lwl.
However, when I go to the trade page to buy items for my character and want to send private messages to members, I get a warning that you must log in first.
When I tinkered with it a little, I saw that the 1000 points that came with the early access package were in my Poe 1 account and there were no points in my Poe 2 account.
Today, before I realised this, I sent a support request to the administration to delete my Poe1 account, but I haven't received an answer yet.
I think this problem is also the reason why I still haven't received the twich rewards I am entitled to receive.
I wonder if anyone has a solution to this issue.
I need to buy items to move forward, but I can't do that.
