I put my early access key on wrong account
What is the turn around time on them responding to email to support@grindinggear.com?
I didn't realize it should be shared with my old PoE 1 account which is already tied to my steam. I'm unable to play the game because I put it on a new PoE account and you cant have duplicate connections. I read you can email them about this for resolution but I've received nothing back for sometime. I'm sure they are busy so was just curious what's the average response time from the support email?
