Purchased beta but account says I don’t own early access ps5

I purchase the path of exile 2 early access beta on the PlayStation five, but there is another path of exile two on there that says early access, but It says I have to buy again it doesn’t make sense. None of my progress is showing on the PS five and the website is not tracking that I owned the game either, but it has all of my transactions from path of exile 2. Please send me an early access code, or a way where I can merge the beta and the regular early access together. I have 92 hours into the beta and have spent a lot of money in in game.

Hey there, Exile. The https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access page generally checks for if an account is eligible to participate in Early Access on PC. As you are eligible to play on PlayStation and have been doing so, there is no issue with your account in this regard.
If you're having issues with multiple sub-accounts, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account names (including four-digit discriminators) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you. | |

Thanks for your feedback dear support. So it means for what is called "Beta" version on PSN is actually same version A+as the early access one than everyone is playing on PS5. PSN may have sold an early access pack named as "Beta" but a few hours after I bought it a new early access pack name emerged without the "Beta" word. Anyway I assume Beta version is closed :D

I bought poa 2 founder pack but it says now I bought the beta version of the game and I gotta rebuy the pack again. On top of that my game even isn’t making progress at all . So I’m not making any apart of progress within the game and I gotta rebuy the game to play it regularly I got robbed.

Was this ever resolved? I am now having the same issue. I downloaded during the free weekend on PS5, through the link in game I purchased the early access founders pack through the PSN store but now that the early access has ended I no longer have access and the PSN store has the prompt to pay again.

I have similar problem.
I bought PoE 2 Beta when game released and now still have possibility buy again PoE 2 Early Access. When I log into my account, show my account only from PoE 1 and if I want check my account from PoE 2, have information that first I need buy one from PlayStation store again. If page account not see my account from PlayStation PoE 2, how I can change my premium stash to merchant stash for use in PoE? |
