Problem with account steam path of exile 2

Hello, I haven't played Path of Exile 2 for 3 days. When I try to log in and enter the game via Steam, I succeed, but when I try to enter the Frankfurt EU server, I get the message Your account has been banned by the administrator. I recently played
16.12.2024 December from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The server I played on was Frankfurt and I had a warrior 30 lvl there and mercenary 25lvl.Please help me because I don't know why my account was banned on path of exile 2. I also sent a message to the support e-mail address but received no response this email support@grindinggear.com I had problems with gaining access to my Steam account, but now I have recovered my account and this is the problem I have.
