Gemling Legionnaire + Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel (pinnacle drop)

Gemling Legionnaire's "Enhanced Effectiveness" ascendancy notable does not function correctly with Heroic Tragedy's Keystone. The wording is as follows:

Timeless Keystone
____(attribute)'s Inherent Bonus is _% _________ Instead.
In my example it is
Intelligence's inherent bonus is 1% increased eveasion rating per 2 intelligence instead.

Gemling Legionnaire's Enhanced Effectiveness
Inherent bonuses from Intelligence, Strength and Dexterity are doubled.


As you can see, the wording is the same, however the Keystone is unaffected by the ascendancy. I have crosschecked this multiple times, most notably by unspeccing the ascendancy node itself and seeing no changes on my character sheet to my evasion rating.

Some confirmation on whether this is a bug or an intended interaction would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Yep, doesn't work for me either. These jewels also break any travel nodes in their radius causing them to not grant any attributes at all
