Support gem elemental discharge

Elemental discharge should work on lightning conduit, there is no reason it shouldnt, it support all skill that hits, lightning conduit hits.

Lightning conduit is bad enough as is without such restrictions, even if both the support gem and active gem consume the shock it does not matter, they can share.

Jokes aside i would be a good change to allow elemental discharge to work with lightning conduit imo.
