loot disappeared

I have been doing maps and breaches this whole day and i have gotten 2 divine orb drops and some other loot aswell and both times i got divine orb game freezed some time after getting the drop. And when i logged back in to the game the divines were gone. Is this a bug that is happening? anything to do about this please
