Why does accepting the reward you earned - the honour orbala cost sacred water?

I swear to god the amount of times you all feel the need to tax us for playing this game is absolutely astounding.

I just lost all my sacred water, picked the honour reward, can't get it.

You are honestly amazing for thinking this is a well designed system.
