Waypoint in act 3 normal and cruel

On xbox i dont have waypoint in act 3 normal and act 3 cruel i need ask friends for party and wrap to them if i want play the game

Same after defeating the last boss of a3. The wp for present isnt there and when i tp to the past, the gateway isnt there
