Support email response

I emailed support with my problem and I received a reply in about 20 mins on December 5th. Thought hell yeah this should be easy, answered their questions. Nope it is now December 18th and I've yet to receive another reply. I know they are backed up, but 13 days without a reply is crazy to me. Is there any other way to get in touch with GGG?

They are brainless. They cannot finish the case they have opened. It's something like that. "The guy has a problem with points, we will reply to him but we won't do anything further because we have to reply to others who we won't help either because we have to reply to others again." They are unable to deal with the multitude of e-mails they receive and, in addition, they do not finalize matters.
