Optimistically? During EA, but not until things have stabilized.
Realistically? 1.0 Launch, since they're still working on the more important thing: content, balancing, bugs, etc. |

It would be nice to see this sooner rather than later.

Oh, I agree - but considering the volume of items that need to be ported over to PoE 2, and any technical challenges or possible need for reimplementation of effects, it might take a little bit.
