Withering Presence - Bugged Withered Interval

Withering presence on the gem I am currently using states it withers enemies every 2.17 seconds, however in the extended info tab it for some reason lists it as double that at 4.35 seconds. This value doesn't change regardless of support gems.

To add to this, withering presence with 45% inc skill effect duration has an interval of 4.65s. Slotting in Persistence increases the Withered Duration, but not the Withered Interval.
However, if you have Persistence slotted and you unspec out of say "Lingering Horror" which gives you 15% inc skill duration, the Withered Interval goes up to over 6 seconds and you're not unable to stack even 3 stacks of wither. If you unslot Persistence and put it back in, the tooltip goes down to 4.65s again AND you can stack more stacks again. Also every time that you re-slot Persistence Withering Presence triggers again and you can stack up over 70% wither by spam-resocketing it. |
