Communication about Support Delays
Hello,
first of all i'd like to thank you guys at GGG for doing the work you are already doing! I just want to bring forth my feelings, that the current interaction about the support delays with the community is lacking. I am well aware that you can't mention specific timeframes how long it takes to solve a certain issue or work on tickets. I just wish you would involve us (by giving information) about how it's going and if there will be people in the office to work on specific tickets during the Holidays (between christmas and new year ofcourse not on the holiday itself).
