I don't know what's going on here, but it's the first time I've encountered such a situation and I haven't responded to support for so long, I even wrote a message from another email, thinking that there's something wrong with the current email. And still no answer

They are extremely busy at the moment due to the influx of new players. Be patient and wait for a response. Don't send any more emails as that will set you back in the support queue.

A lot of people are sitting with locked accounts for no reason, I do not know why the developers ignore this problem, some people wait 10 days for a response from support and can not play, I am among them...
