[Bug?] Missing acendacies points

I postponed the Trail of Chaos quest (with the unlimited token) because I was not strong enough. When I did it in merciless, I got my points, but now I cann't get my second two points from the Trail of Chaos. (inscribed ultimatum mentions that there will be no points granted)

My question is, should I get 4 points total from the trail of chaos? 2 when in normal and 2 in merciless?

If you indeed should get 4 in total, did someone find a solution for this?

whether you get points depends on the ilvl of the inscribed ultimatum, not the difficulty you do it in

Does that mean that before a certain iLVL you get points and after a certain lvl?
Or that when you finish the first one, then x iLVL higher?

for reference, which iLVL will the second pair of points be available?
