Crux of Nothingness gave no atlas points

As titles says. Spent all my currency to buy the "audience", killed the boss, got the loot and got no atlas points. Please help, "quit moment" here :<

Just happened to me aswell. Have two points already in the tree, did the boss at +1 difficulty with a friend (I put the map in the realmgate in my hideout and I was party leader) and we killed it and got no points. 7 divines down the drain.
